Butchers Masterclass: A short introduction to Uncle Beef’s Butchery Master Classes – An amazing gift experience for those who would like a hands-on lesson on meat and traditional butchery skills.
This is an opportunity to try your hand at light butchery and learn about where our meat comes from. Including it’s full traceability and our dry-ageing process. You will also pick up some new skills and learn how to get the most from each cut of meat. We can promise a fun relaxed evening hosted by Uncle Beef himself and his Master Butcher. We will feed you, give you with an apron and flat cap. Then to top it all off you will get to take home a substantial meat joint as well as a whole grain fed chicken. Two volunteers will also have the chance to butcher their own chickens in front of the class with the guidance of our Master Butcher.
Classes are held at: Uncle Beef butchers shop. 16 Crayford High Street, Crayford, DA1 4HG. On Wednesday evenings 18:30-21:30. The cost per person is £130 and gift cards are also available to purchase. For Corporate or Group Bookings – We are able to accommodate 8-10 people in our shop. Exclusive booking is available if you would like to book all 8-10 slots.

You will also pick up some new skills and learn how to get the most from each cut of meat. We can promise a fun relaxed half day. We will feed you and give you an apron and flat cap. Then to top it all off, you will get to take home a substantial meat joint as well that you can butcher yourself with the guidance of our team.
Classes are held at: Uncle Beef butchers shop. 16 Crayford High Street, Crayford, DA1 4HG. On a Tuesday 05:30-12:30pm (our meat delivery day) The cost per person is £130 and gift cards are also available to purchase.
