We use our traditional boerewors mix,a secret naga chilli mix and hand cut mature cheddar into little cubes and mix it with the sausage meat .The cheese gives the sausage a deliciously creamy quality to it and the naga chillies infuses it with heat and extra falvour. It just melts in your mouth.What we’ve achieved with this variation is an authentic boerewors sausage with a deliciously creamy quality to it oh and a nice kick. It just melts in your mouth.
