Dry Aged Sirloin Steak


A classic all round steak with good fat for flavour. Our steaks are dry aged for a minimum of 28 days for extra flavour. Fry in a good quality butter for extra flavour and best cooked on the Braai / BBQ over South African Hard wood. Always ensure you get your steak to room tempreture , season with a good quality salt,rest in garlic butter and always apply pepper on after cooking to avoid the pepper from burning.
