Rump Steak


Also known as the Butcher’s cut. A great classic cut at a very reasonable price. Our Rump has great flavour and the fat gives it that extra “wow” factor. Fry in a good quality butter and best cooked on the Braai / BBQ over South African Hard Wood. Always ensure you get your steak to room temperature, season with a good quality salt, rest in garlic butter and always apply pepper after cooking to avoid the pepper burning.
