Established in 2021 so that our Founder, Steve (also known as Uncle Beef), could fully indulge his passion for Braai (South African BBQ). At our street food truck, or as we like to call it, braai unit, Uncle Beef himself does the cooking and offers you a carefully selected range of incredibly high-quality meats.
We source our produce straight from our trusted butchers, ensuring unrivalled freshness and quality. Whether it’s our classic Steak (rump) and chips (gf) with a choice of condiments or an indulgent upgrade to a T-bone, we’ve got something to tempt every palate. Additionally, we serve up freshly smoked burgers, sausages, and occasional specials/signature dishes.
Operating from our mobile street food truck, our Braai Unit, which comprises of a spacious van for top-quality service and hygiene, as well as our Braai and smoker set up outside the van. This setup allows us to provide the full South African braai experience, using a blend of braai wood and coals for an authentic flavour. Plus, don’t forget to try our in-house made traditional South African biltong, available for purchase.
