All prices are subject to change without notice and subject to Postage and Packaging specified at the time of ordering.

Orders

Uncle Beef Ltd endeavour to process and send your order within a reasonable timeframe. Please allow seven days once payment has been received as all products are made to order. If our supplier is out of stock of any item’s you have ordered, we will inform you immediately to discuss options available.

Payments

All payments are in GBP. We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal through our website checkout. If you live within three-mile radius of our registered business address, DA1 4EF, and spend more than £20 you qualify for a free home delivery. In this circumstance, please email your order to [email protected] and payment will be processed by bank transfer or using a card payment machine when we deliver.

NB: You do not need to be registered with PayPal as you can pay by card through PayPal on checkout.

Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of the goods any cancellation may be subject to full charge.

Refund policy

We endeavour always to ensure our products are of the highest standard. If, however, we have not met your expectations, please let us know and we will gladly arrange a refund for you. Do not throw away the product you deem as faulty, send the product back to us, and we will arrange a redelivery/refund. Any requests for refunds must be made within seven days of receipt of the order. Delivery charges are not included in any refund policy and the customer is responsible for the costs of returning any goods, unless otherwise decided by Uncle Beef Ltd.

Privacy and
security

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 & GDPR legislation 2016). The information collected from customers when signing up is used for billing, administration and product recall purposes only and will be kept confidential. Contact information collected will be contact details only. None of which will be passed onto third parties.
